- Received your cartridge 0 people found this helpfulThanks very much for sending the two replacement cartridges. I look forward to using them when my current cartridge expires! While I appreciate your good product and helpful customer service, I was very disappointed in Carrot Ink's response to my order #04338297. I opened this $85 "2-Pack Combo" not long ago and found neither worked. I returned them, hoping to have them replaced or get a credit. I then called, and the customer service rep explained that the guarantee had expired. That was true, but I responded my use of ink is not regular, so these back-up cartridges I had had a longer time than I expected because my usage rate was lower. The sales person said there was "nothing she could do." Do you want to leave things that way -- with a pretty unhappy regular customer? I would think you would want to treat a repeat customer more kindly.
