We know that you will be very happy with your Carrot Ink purchase. However, in the event that you experience any problems , we’re here to help resolve them – fast!
If you are ever not completely satisfied with your Carrot Ink brand product, within 365 days of purchase, we may offer you a replacement product, or you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind, that we require the defective item be returned to our warehouse, before a refund is completed.
All other OEM or OEM Clearance Ink and Toner may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is in its original box, unsealed, and unopened condition.
Most issues can be addressed quickly by troubleshooting. Check out our Troubleshooting/FAQs page or contact one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates for assistance. If we cannot help resolve your issue with our Carrot Ink brand of products, we will gladly offer to send you a replacement at no charge. All we require is that you send back the defective item to us first before we replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a replacement and to receive an RMA number for the replacement.
We understand that there may be times when you will need to return our Carrot Ink brand products to us. And we will gladly help with this, provided this is within 365 days of your purchase. The only thing we ask is that you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. This helps us track your return and ensure that it is resolved according to your wishes. To request an RMA, please request an RMA number by contacting our Customer Service Department. You must have an RMA to return an item. Returns that do not have RMAs will be refused.
On all returns, we will refund you the price you paid for the items you return. The original shipping charge will not be refunded unless we made a mistake with your order. Also, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.
If you wish to make an exchange of your Carrot Ink brand products, the fastest way is to simply re-order the new items online and then return the items you do not want. Please obtain an RMA first before returning the unwanted items. Again, this must be done within 365 days of your purchase.
Terms of Limited Warranty
In addition to our Returns Policy listed above, we at Carrot Ink also warrant solely to the original customer purchasing products directly from Carrot Ink ("Original Products") that all such Original Products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function ("Manufacturer Defects") for one year from the original date of shipment. We have limited any claims under this limited warranty to the customer who purchased such Original Product from the Site and only during any initial period that customer owns such Original Product. Any claim with respect to such Original Products where the original customer seeks a refund of the purchase price of such Original Products must be made within One Year (365 days) from the original date of shipment of such Original Products by Carrot ink. The limited warranty provided herein covers only Manufacturer Defects and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with Original Product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Carrot Ink. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of Carrot Ink Original Products and does not cover any damage to your printer, computer systems or other devices arising from your use of our Original Products.
