How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Open the printer’s front door and carefully pull out the toner cartridge drawer.
- Grab the empty cartridge by the handle of the toner cartridge and pull it towards you to remove it.
- Take the new toner cartridge out of its packaging. Hold the toner by both ends and rock it gently from side to side to distribute the ink inside evenly. After that, remove the plastic shield from the bottom of the toner. Remember not to touch the imaging drum of the cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge into the drum and then remove the sealing tape completely.
- Close the cartridge drawer and then the printer’s front door.
