Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to replace all the ink colors of my Brother HL-3040CN?

Your printer's LCD screen will display which color you need to replace. If it says your black ink is running low but there is no warning for the other colors, then you only need to replace your black ink. The same goes for cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges.

I'm interested in the 4-pack combo. How can I store it properly?

Our Brother TN210 Compatible 4-Pack Combo is great to have around your house to make sure you have spare ink should you run out. Just make sure that you keep it inside a sealed bag and in an upright position. Most importantly, keep it away from direct light.

How reliable are your toners?

The quality of our toners are made to meet OEM standards and are manufactured inside an ISO-9001 facility. We stand behind our products 100% so much, in fact, that we offer a one-year warranty from the date of your purchase.
