How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Open your printer’s front cover and remove the old cartridge.
  2. Take your new toner cartridge out of its bag. Hold both sides and shake it several times to evenly distribute the ink inside.
  3. Remove the shipping tape by holding its tab (located on the side) and pull it off.
  4. Place the new cartridge on your printer. Make sure that it’s aligned with the tracks inside. Push it down until you hear it lock into place.
  5. Close your printer’s front cover. If installed right, your control panel should display Ready.
