Customer Service - (Help with an order, tracking, something non-technical)
You can login to your account here on our website and find your order tracking number. Also, check your email for a shipment confirmation email for tracking details.
If your order is still “processing” we can change it. The “hotline” for changes is sending an email to email@example.com
Once it has shipped, you’ll need to create an RMA (or you can refuse the entire package).
