Frequently Asked Questions

How many copies can I expect to get out of this toner?

Our Samsung SCX-4100D3 Black Compatible Toner Cartridge can print up to 3,000 pages. Please note that this may vary depending on how often you print, the type of paper you use, and your printer's settings.

This is the first time I'm going to use non-genuine cartridges. Will this void my warranty?

No, it won't. It's perfectly safe to use our remanufactured cartridges, as we make sure that they meet and exceed OEM standards. They will come in the same features and dimensions as that of the original cartridges, so they will work well with your printer.

If I buy more than one, how can I store the unopened cartridge properly?

You can store them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Also, keep them in an upright position so they won't look. Doing these steps will ensure that you'll maximize their shelf lives, which is 24 to 36 months.
