If you find that you're not completely happy with a cartridge you've purchased from us, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. Please note that our 1-Year money-back guarantee does not apply to OEM products and refurbished printers. However, any OEM product bought from Inkjets.com is eligible for a refund or replacement if such a request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. Additionally, refurbished printers are covered by a 90-day warranty starting from the purchase date.

Return Policy

For a return of any Carrotink.com brand ink or toner, the product must be sent back within 365 days of the purchase date. We will ask you to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team to proceed with your claim. This RMA number is crucial for tracking and efficiently handling your claim. Returns that do not have an accompanying RMA number will be declined.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process a refund for the full price of the cartridge. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the error was on our part.

Exclusions apply to OEM products and refurbished printers concerning our 1-Year money-back guarantee. All such OEM products purchased from us are subject to a refund or replacement within 30 days from the original purchase date, while refurbished printers carry a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Exchange Process

An exchange for any incorrect or defective Carrotink.com brand product requires an RMA number, much like a return. You're eligible for an exchange if you initiate the process within 365 days of your original purchase date.

Replacement Requests

If you require a replacement, the process is straightforward. Contact our customer service, and we will help arrange a replacement for your order, ensuring a new cartridge is sent out swiftly.

For defective items required by our returns department for reasons other than a refund, we will supply a pre-paid return label. Any product issues reported within a year from the purchase date qualify for a replacement or a refund. After the one-year mark, we offer a replacement cartridge or store credit.

Refund Processing

Refunds (or store credit, where necessary) will be processed in the original payment method within 7-15 business days after we receive and validate the returned item. The refund process only commences after our warehouse has received the product.

Incorrect Orders and Missing Deliveries

Items that are mistakenly ordered and then opened are non-refundable due to their inability to be resold. To prevent this, please double-check your printer model and part numbers before ordering and opening any products.

For any issues with incomplete orders, missing packages, or incorrect products received, contact our Returns Department within 30 days from your original order date to qualify for a replacement.

Product Exchanges

If you've ordered the incorrect item or changed printers and your current cartridges are no longer compatible, exchanges are possible for unopened products in resellable condition. However, items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged but instead sent to a recycling center.

Shipping Costs

We'd like to remind you that shipping fees are not refundable, except in the case of a packing mistake on our part.
