How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Turn on your printer by pressing the Power button.
  2. Raise the cartridge access door to open.
  3. Wait until the carriage moves to its access position.
  4. Press the tab on the old or used ink cartridge to release it. Then, take it out of the printhead.
  5. Unpack the replacement ink cartridge. Remove all the packaging materials attached to it.
  6. Pull the protective cap off the ink cartridge.
  7. Slide the new ink cartridge into the printhead.
  8. Push down on the tab of the ink cartridge until it clicks into place.
  9. Close the cartridge access door.
