Printing has never been easier with the HP PhotoSmart D7360. It allows you to print documents and photos without a PC, thanks to its touch-activated image display and large 3.4-inch screen. It also comes with the HP Page Completion feature that ensures you won’t run out of ink midway through a photo or a page. Without this feature, printing is interrupted and installing a new cartridge should be done soon. But don’t you think it’s good to have a spare cartridge always on hand? And if the high cost of genuine ink cartridges is giving you a headache, switch to cheaper alternatives. Carrot Ink offers high-quality remanufactured ink cartridges that allow you to save up to 75% off genuine cartridges. Available in black, cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, and light magenta, our single ink cartridges are designed to meet or exceed OEM standards. Enjoy more savings by getting our HP 02 Remanufactured Ink Cartridge 12-Pack Combo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Up to how long can I keep an unused ink cartridge in storage since I’m looking at getting the 12-Pack Combo?

Each cartridge can be kept in storage for 2 to 3 years, provided you have kept the item sealed and stored it in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.

What should I do if my HP PhotoSmart D7360 displays the ‘Ink cartridge problem’ error message after I installed new ink cartridges?

There are three things that you can do to try fixing this issue. One, clean the contacts. Two, reset the printer. And three, check if the newly installed cartridge is installed correctly. Let us know if any of these works. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Can I still print even if the message ‘Replace Cartridges Soon’ appears on my printer?

Yes. You can still print for a limited time because there is still ink left in the printhead reservoir.
