How To Replace Cartridge(s)
- Turn the printer on by pressing the Power button.
- Open the printer’s cartridge access door.
- Wait for the carriage to move to the center of the printer. Once it is idle and silent, press down on the cartridge that needs replacement to release it. Then, pull it out toward you to remove.
- Unpack the new ink cartridge. Using the pink pull tab, carefully pull it to remove the protective tape.
- Slide the new cartridge in the carriage until it locks into place.
- Close the cartridge access door.
