How to Replace Cartridge(s)

1. Turn your printer on and open the cartridge access door. Wait until the carriage moves to the center of the printer.
2. Press the tab on the old cartridge that needs replacing, then slide it out.
3. Take your new cartridge out of its bag and twist the orange tab to snap it off.
4. Slide your new cartridge into its corresponding slot, making sure that it matches the color icons on the printer.
5. Do steps 2 to 5 for all cartridges that need replacing.
6. Close your printer’s cartridge door.

I see “high yield” on your products. What does it mean?

“High yield” means the cartridge can produce more pages than a standard-sized one. In this case, our HP 564 XL (CN684WN) Black High-Yield Remanufactured Ink Cartridge can produce up to 550 pages, while our HP 564XL (CR277WN) Photo Black High-Yield Remanufactured Ink Cartridge can produce up to 290 pages. Our HP564XL in the CMY range can each print up to 750 pages. Do note that your printing frequency, printer’s settings, and paper type may affect these approximations.

If I buy the 10 pack combo, how soon will each cartridge expire?

Our cartridges have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. Please keep unopened cartridges in a cool, dry place and away from extreme changes in temperature. This will help with longevity and avoid any leaks.
