Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I put in the wrong ink cartridge?

Your printer won’t work or worse you may damage it. So, if you are not sure about the product, let us know. We can help you find the exact replacement cartridge for your printer model.

Is there a difference between XL and regular ink cartridges?

Yes. While they are the same size and will fit your printer perfectly, there is generally twice as much ink in the XL version.

Should I choose an XL cartridge for my HP PhotoSmart B210 printer?

If you print frequently, go with an XL cartridge. But if you are not a frequent printer, go with the regular cartridge as ink can dry up rather quickly.
