How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Turn the printer on by pressing the Power button.
  2. Open the ink cartridge access door. Wait until the carriage is silent and idle before you continue.
  3. Release the old ink cartridge by pushing it inwards.
  4. Pull the cartridge toward you to remove it from its slot.
  5. Get the new ink cartridge and remove it from the package.
  6. Slide the new cartridge into the correct slot.
  7. Gently push the new cartridge forward until you hear it lock into place.
  8. Make sure that the letter on the new ink cartridge matches the letter and colored dot on the ink cartridge slot.
  9. Close the ink cartridge door.
