Frequently Asked Questions

Will my HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 recognize these ink cartridges?

Yes, it will! We make sure that each of our ink cartridges come in the same dimensions as the OEM’s and manufactured following the highest of standards.

My printer is showing an error when I installed these cartridges. What do I do?

Because our products are remanufactured, it’s normal for printers to show some error messages after installation. You can simply press OK and your printer will continue working. If that doesn’t work, you can reset our printer. If you’re still encountering issues after this, contact our customer service and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

Do I need to buy all colors, so I can continue printing?

If your printer tells you that all your ink cartridges need replacing, then yes, you would need to have all colors replaced. However, if you’re only getting warnings on one or two colors, then that’s all you need to replace!
