  2. Hold the old toner cartridge and gently pull it straight up to take it out of the printer.
  3. Take the new toner cartridge and remove it from the box.
  4. Remove the new toner cartridge from its protective bag.
  5. Locate the tab at the end of the cartridge and pull it gently to remove the entire length of the tape from the cartridge.
  6. Insert the cartridge into the correct position and push it forward until it locks into place.
