  1. Press the front door release button. Open the front door of the printer and proceed to removing the used toner cartridge.
  2. Take the new toner cartridge out of the box and then pull the release tab on the packaging. You may use the shell and box as storage for recycling the used cartridge.
  3. Hold both ends of the new cartridge and rock it for 5-6 times to distribute the ink inside.
  4. Position the new cartridge inside the printer and make sure that the toner is aligned with the tracks inside. Install the cartridge and make sure it is firmly in place. Close the front door of the printer.
