Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I getting a black ink cartridge error after installing a new black cartridge?
A black ink cartridge error could either be due to a defective cartridge or dirty contacts. Try checking the contacts first—clean them if necessary. But if these are not dirty, then contact us so we can help you resolve the issue.
Is it true that remanufactured ink cartridges help reduce greenhouse gases?
Yes, it is! When you recycle, you help reduce the burden on our fragile atmosphere. That is why using these remanufactured cartridges is one way to save approximately 5 pounds of CO2 per cartridge.
Why should I reinstall an ink cartridge within 30 minutes after removing it from the HP Deskjet 940C?
When you need to check on an ink cartridge, make sure to reinstall it within half an hour after taking it out of the printer to prevent the ink in the cartridge from drying in the nozzles.
