Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I choose your remanufactured cartridges instead of name-brand ones?

Our products are a lot more affordable than original cartridges, as well as match their quality and page yield. By purchasing our cartridges, you also help reduce waste accumulating in landfills. We recycle empty cartridges made by printer manufacturers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! If you purchase $40 or more worth of products, we’ll take care of the shipping cost.

I’m having trouble with a product I bought from your store. How do I get in touch with customer support?

We’re very sorry to hear that. Give us a call or send us a message over our live chat service. We’d love to help you out.
