Frequently Asked Questions

How many pages can I get from each toner?

All our toners come with an approximated 6,000 pages of output. However, please note that your printing frequency, images, settings, and temperature can affect this estimation.

Do I need to replace all my toners?

You only need to replace the color that your printer tells you to change. Go to your control panel, press Menu button. Press the downwards arrow until it highlights “Information”. Then, press the downwards arrow again until it highlights “Print Supplies Status”. You should see each of your toner’s supply level.

Will it be wise to buy all colors at once?

If you print in large quantities, then yes, it’s best to have replacement toners at the ready. You won’t know for sure when you’ll run out. Our toners also have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months, if you keep them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
