How to Replace Cartridge(s)

1. Open your printer’s front door, then pull out the print cartridge drawer.
2. Take the old cartridge out by grasping its handle and pulling it straight up.
3. Take your new cartridge out of its packaging. Then, gently rock it back and forth for even distribution of its ink contents.
4. Remove the orange plastic shield located at the bottom of the new print cartridge. Note: Don’t touch the green imaging drum as this can affect the quality of your prints.
5. Insert the new cartridge into your machine, making sure it matches the color indicator on the empty slot.
6. Remove the sealing tape on the new cartridge by pulling the tab on its left side straight up.
7. Close the printer cartridge drawer and close the printer’s front door.
