- Very disappointed 0 people found this helpfulI ordered toner from this company because they advertise same day shipping. I ordered on a Friday, thinking that I would have my toners early the following week. My order didn't ship until the following Tuesday, which was 4 days after I placed the order. That's your first strike. Second, when I finally received the toners, the yellow was defective and leaking all over my printer (still keeping my fingers crossed that this problem hasn't done permanent damage to my printer). Third, I contacted the company again about this and was told that a customer representative was not available and that I would receive an email To this date, I have not received an email. I will not be buying toner from this company ever again.
