How to Replace Cartridge(s)

1. First, turn on your Epson Stylus NX625 printer.
2. If an ink cartridge is low or empty, you'll see a message on the LCS screen indicating which one. Press OK.
3. Open the scanner, then open the cartridge cover. Squeeze the tab at the back of the cartridge that you want to replace and lift it straight out.
4. Before unwrapping the new cartridge, shake it gently. Take it out of its wrapper and remove the plastic tape. Do not touch the green chip.
5. Place the new cartridge in the correct slot and push it down until it clicks into place.
6. Close the scanner. The printer will prime the ink.

When your Epson color ink cartridges run out of ink, you can still continue printing by adjusting your printer settings to ‘Grayscale Printing.’
