How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Lift up the scanner unit. This will give you access to the ink carriage.
  2. Open the ink cartridge cover, then pull out all the empty cartridges that you need to replace.
  3. Before unpacking your new cartridges, shake them several times to distribute the ink inside.
  4. Insert the new cartridge into its corresponding holder. Press down until you hear it lock into place.
  5. Close the ink cartridge cover and press down.
  6. Close the scanner unit. Press the ink button to charge ink and wait for about 2 minutes until it’s finished.

Do I need to replace all my ink cartridges?

You only need to replace the cartridge that your printer tells you is running low or empty. But if you want to make sure you don’t run out of ink in the middle of work day, you can get our Epson 44 Remanufactured Ink Cartridge 5-Pack Combo.
