The Epson Stylus Photo R1800 Ink Jet Printer specializes in glossy photos and includes a Gloss Optimizer to ensure your glossy prints are smooth and uniform. It supports a wide variety of media including roll papers and sizes up to 13" x 44". Amazon users give this printer 3 out of 5 stars. They love its print quality, however some users have received used or refurbished machines sold as new, and the ink for this printer is expensive and goes quickly. (Hint: Carrot Ink sells remanufactured Epson 54 ink cartridges for this printer that are priced 65-70% less than genuine Epson cartridges.)
