Frequently Asked Questions
Are the black and the color cartridges on the Dell Photo all-in-one V305 interchangeable?
No, they are not. The color ink cartridge cannot be placed in the black ink cartridge slot and vice versa.
Why is my printer not using the color ink cartridge?
If your printer preference is not set to ‘Use All Available Ink,’ it’s most likely that your printer will not recognize the color ink cartridge. Try changing the setting so you can start printing in color.
Does your remanufactured Dell ink cartridge come with a warranty?
Yes, it does. We offer a full one-year warranty and free returns on all our remanufactured ink cartridges.
