- Great USA Company 0 people found this helpfulThe 1st one I received did not work properly, I tried emailing them to no avail, I was not happy, in the end I tried calling them expecting to have to go through a menu of numbers and end up on hold or a an answering machine, but no a real person (in the US) answered the phone strait away, took care of the issue and sent me new cartridges the same day that work fine. I will continue to use this company from now on, because of the lower ink price I now print more and feel good that I am supporting a small private US company. Call do not email if you have an issue.
