- Order process 0 people found this helpfulI went to your site and selected printer brand (dell) then series (laser) then model (E310DW) then find it. Up until a couple of days ago I found I had to double click the combo pack to be able to find a place to order a single toner cart. This was confusing. Under the title Single Ink Cartridges a photo looks like a complete unit, drum and toner, I did not see that I was ordering a drum unit. I ordered (order # 04938362) and received a drum unit which I do not need and want to return for a refund. I have since ordered (order # 04402802) 2ea toner carts. Thank you for making the ordering process for toner as it should be. Thanks for your attention. Bill Jennings
