Yes! You can still shop in our online store and we will continue accepting orders.

Will there be delays in the delivery of my order?

All orders will be placed in our shipping queue and will be delivered following the date and time your order was placed with us. However, in most cases, delivery lead times could be delayed. Rest assured that we will deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Will my return policy be extended?

Carrotink.com offers one of the most generous warranties and return policies in the industry. You have one year (365 calendar days) to return an item from the date you purchased it. Requests for returns or replacements should be made within one year or 365 days of purchase.

How do I return my product?

To facilitate your product return, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. This number helps us quickly track and resolve your return claim. We issue a full refund of the cartridge price when we receive the item (including the RMA) from you.
