Frequently Asked Questions
I replaced the black ink tank on my Canon PIXMA iP5200, but why is it not printing in black?
If you’re sure you removed the sealing tape on the black cartridge before installation, it’s likely that this issue is due to a clogged printhead. Try cleaning the printhead and see if this works.
How do I make sure the remaining unused ink cartridges from the Canon CLI-8 Compatible 4-Pack Combo are still usable after a year in storage?
If you are going to keep one or more cartridges from the 4-Pack Combo for future use, make sure to store them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Also, see to it that they are kept in their original unopened packaging. Our compatible Canon ink cartridges can last up to two years if you follow these storage tips.
Do you offer a guarantee on your compatible Canon ink cartridges?
