Frequently Asked Questions

Why did I get missing and distorted colors in the printouts after replacing all color ink tanks on my Canon i960?

Missing and distorted colors in printouts are often due to improperly installed ink tanks. Try removing the ink tanks and reinstall them again. Make sure to press the ‘PUSH’ mark on top of each cartridge to ensure all color cartridges are seated properly this time.

What to do if I am having problems fitting my compatible Canon ink cartridge?

You can always reach out to our Customer Service Department for assistance. We are available via phone at (877) 322-7768 and chat.

Will the compatible ink cartridge I use affect my printer warranty?

No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the consumer is free to use whatever product or type of ink cartridge as long as the printer is used for its intended purpose. So, using a compatible ink cartridge on your Canon printer will not void its warranty.
