Frequently Asked Questions

I plan to buy in bulk. How do I store the unopened cartridges?

To make sure your extra cartridges don’t dry up, keep them inside a sealed bag and in a cool, dry place. Don’t store them near direct heat or sunlight as this would damage the inks.

How long until these cartridges expire?

Our cartridges have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. To ensure longevity, please follow our recommendations above on how to store unopened cartridges.
