Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still print even if there is an "ink low" message displayed on the Brother MFC-J885DW printer?

Yes! You can still use the printer to print, copy or scan pages. If you get the “Cannot Print” message, this is the time when you can’t print anymore and you must replace the ink cartridge.

Why does my printer run out of colored ink even if I don’t do a lot of color printing?

Your printer may be automatically set to “COLOR PRINTING” which means that whenever you print documents, it will mix all the colors to produce certain colors including black. In this setting, even the colored ink will run out.

Why is remanufactured ink priced so low?

We are able to offer very low prices on remanufactured ink because these are recycled original cartridges that are cleaned, refurbished or repaired, and then refilled with premium ink in an ISO-certified facility. We believe you don’t have to spend too much just to get beautiful and fade-resistant prints.
