Frequently Asked Questions
What is the shelf life of your compatible Brother ink cartridge since I’m going to keep the other one for future use?
Our compatible Brother ink cartridge has a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. You may use the spare ink cartridge within this timeframe. Just make sure you store it in its original packaging and in a cool, dry place.
How should I deal with clogged nozzles?
To resolve clogged nozzles, all you need to do is to remove all that dried ink from the printhead. Simply remove the cartridge and printhead assembly, give the nozzles a quick swipe using a damp paper towel, and that’s it!
How can I prevent clogged nozzles in my Brother MFC-J6710DW printhead?
The first rule: never run more than 3 cleaning cycles on your Brother printer because the more you clean, the more excess inks being smeared over the printhead blocking the nozzles. Also, make sure you use your printer regularly.
