How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Open your printer’s front cover, then pull the drum unit out.
- To remove the old cartridge, hold down the lock lever and pull it out.
- Take your new cartridge out of its packaging. Then, gently rock it from side to side to distribute the toner.
- Remove the protective cover.
- Install the new toner cartridge into the drum unit until it clicks into place.
- To clean the primary corona wire, slide the blue tab from right to left several times.
- Reinstall the drum unit into the printer, then close its front cover.
