How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here are the steps in installing a new toner cartridge on a Brother MFC-9320CN printer:
- Turn off your printer. Then, lift the handle to open the printer cover fully.
- Pull out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
- Push down the green-labeled lock lever. Then, take the toner cartridge out of the drum unit.
- Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging. Give it a few shakes to loosen the toner inside the cartridge.
- Pull off the protective cover of the new cartridge.
- Place the new toner cartridge firmly into the drum unit until it locks into place.
- Put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the printer.
- Close the top cover.
- Plug the machine's power cord back into the AC power outlet. Reconnect the telephone line cord and the cables.
- Turn on your printer.

How come my Brother MFC-9320CN is running low on color cartridges even if I print mainly black and white documents?
