Frequently Asked Questions

My Brother MFC-J410DW is not printing properly—is the newly installed compatible ink cartridge to blame?

No, we don’t think so. If your Brother printer is not printing properly, it’s most likely because of clogged nozzles. Try removing the printhead assembly and give the nozzles a quick swipe with a damp paper towel to get rid of dried ink.

Why am I getting blurred printouts after installing a compatible ink cartridge on my printer?

Blurred printouts or images that become faded in prints are often caused by a print alignment issue. So, before you put the blame on your newly installed compatible ink cartridge, try adjusting the print alignment first and see if this resolves the issue.

Would you suggest getting the super high yield compatible ink cartridge even if I seldom use the printer?

Our super high yield compatible ink cartridges are ideal for heavy printer users. So, if you print occasionally, consider getting our high yield compatible ink cartridge twin pack.
