How to Replace Cartridge(s)

1. With the power turned on, open the ink cartridge cover of your Brother MFC-J4410DW Wireless Printer.
2. Press the lock release lever on the cartridge you want to replace and slide that cartridge out of its slot.
3. Take the new cartridge out of its wrapper.
4. Turn the green lever counter clockwise to release the seal and pull off the protective packing.
5. Insert the cartridge in the correct slot and push it in until it latches.
6. Close the ink cartridge cover.

Yes. Our compatible ink cartridges can last up to 2 years in storage, provided that you keep them sealed in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place.

What to do if my Brother printer cannot detect the new compatible color cartridge that I just installed?

Check if you got the correct cartridge for your Brother printer model. If yes, then you might want to see if you have installed it correctly. Often times, when we’re in a hurry to get through the installation process, we tend to forget critical steps such as inserting the new cartridge in the direction of the arrow on the label until it clicks into place. Try reinstalling the cartridge and see if the printer will recognize it this time.
