Frequently Asked Questions

Why do some users recommend replacing the ink cartridge with still a little ink remaining instead of waiting for it to get totally depleted?

When you keep printing with a cartridge that’s running very low on ink, chances are air will get into the nozzles, clogging them over time. And clogged nozzles can cause a lot of printing issues including lines on the printouts.

My Brother MFC-J285DW is not printing black even with a newly installed black cartridge—what to do?

If your Brother printer is not printing black even with a full black cartridge, it’s likely that black ink is not being used up by the printer because of an obstruction. Did you remove the sealing tape prior to installation? If not, then take the black cartridge out of the printer, remove the sealing tape, reinstall the cartridge, and that’s it!

Do you ship to P.O. Box, U.S. territories, and military addresses?

Yes. But the only shipping method that’s available for these addresses is the standard shipping. Also, please take note that in some cases, we would request for a physical address and not a P.O. box to ship your order out.
