Color printer cartridges - TN221 & Tn 225 - 4-Pack Combo

I am a high volume user for my color printer related to school work. I order the Carrotink Cartrdge 4-pack combo 3 times a year. They work very well on my Brother HL-3170CDW. The prices are very comparable.

Bad phone call handling. On-hold 7 minutes then they hang up.

I accidentally charged my order to the wrong credit card. Realizing my dumb mistake right after completing the order, I called CarrotInk to ask them to change the credit used to pay for the order. I was on hold for 7 minutes after which their phone system said, "No one is available to take your call. Good bye." and hung up on me. If you want to make me hate you, this is a good way to do it. I've been buying from CarrotInk for years and have liked all the products I got and the prices are excellent. I'm surprised that they would have such a customer abusive phone handling policy.
