Frequently Asked Questions

Can I really help save the environment with remanufactured inks?

Yes! Since old cartridges are made of non-biodegradable materials, you’re basically purchasing reused and recycled cartridges that would only otherwise end up in landfills.

How does your warranty work?

We have a one-year warranty upon the date of your purchase. In case you don’t feel happy with any of our products, please contact our customer service and we’ll replace your order—no questions asked.

Why do your cartridges say “high yield”?

High-yield cartridges mean they have a higher amount of ink compared to standard-sized cartridges. Our Lexmark 100XL (14N1068) Black High-Yield Compatible Ink Cartridge can produce up to 510 pages, while Lexmark 100XL in the CMY range can all produce up to 600 pages. Please note that this may change depending on your printer’s settings, type of paper you use, and how often you print.
