Jetpaks are pre-paid generic mailers that you purchase from Carrot Ink. You simply follow the instructions that come with the Jetpak, and pop your used inkjet cartridge in the mail. 

JetPak professionally cleans the cartridge, refills it with high quality ink, print tests to ensure high performance and returns it to you via US Mail. For those with busy work schedules or those that are apprehensive about refilling cartridges themselves, a professional refills of inkjets from JetPak are a nice alternative.

If the cartridge is found to be unserviceable (the cartridge has worn out), Jetpak will not replace the cartridge. However, they will send you a certificate (or on occasion a new mailer) to recycle another cartridge at no additional charge. Thus, you will not be out any money.
