WorkForce 320

Cartridge prices starting at $9.99

The Epson WorkForce 320 All-in-One Printer can print, scan, copy, and fax. It has a 30-page Auto Document Feeder and prints 4.3 pages per minute in black, and 2.2 pages per minute in color. PC World gives this printer 4.25 out of 5 stars. They like the quality of its printing and scanning, and its trouble-free automatic document feeder. They don't like its paper feed or ink cartridge capacity. Amazon users report the print quality is good, however it doesn't work the same after the initial ink is replaced, and the unit has frequent paper jam errors. (Hint: Carrot Ink has remanufactured Epson 125 ink cartridges for this printer available at 50-60% less cost than genuine Epson cartridges.)

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I fix an Epson ink cartridge recognition error?

An ink cartridge that cannot be recognized is quite common in Epson printers. If you encounter this error, simply switch the printer off and then on again. Did it work? If it didn’t, then try removing the ‘not recognized’ ink cartridge and reinstall it, making sure that it’s clicked in properly before you close the printer cover.

What does it mean when the red ink light flashes and the green power light is on?

It means that one of the ink cartridges on your Epson WorkForce 320 is almost empty. Check the message that appears on your printer screen to know which of the cartridges is nearly empty.

Why am I seeing banding or light lines on the printouts—is this because I used a remanufactured cartridge?

No, don’t blame the cartridge for that. Banding or light lines on printouts are often due to clogged nozzles. Try cleaning the printhead nozzles to fix this issue.
