How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Turn your printer off and pull open its front cover.
- Grab the handle of the drum unit assembly and pull it out of the printer.
- To release the old toner cartridge, push down the lock lever and take it out of the drum unit.
- Take your new toner cartridge out of its bag and remove the protective cover.
- Insert the new toner inside the drum unit, until you hear it click into place.
- To clean the corona wire, slide the tab on the back from left to right and vice versa several times.
- Insert the drum unit with the new toner back to the printer.
- Close your printer’s front cover, and turn the power back on.
