We ship by your choice of US Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight.

Orders shipped by FedEx and placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day.

UPS and FedEx Orders: In the best interest of our customers orders shipped via UPS and FedEx will be sent requiring a signature upon time of delivery. UPS and FedEx will make three (3) attempts of delivery before the package will be sent back to Carrot Ink. PLEASE NOTE UPS AND FEDEX CANNOT DELIVER TO P. O. ADDRESSES

Orders shipped by US Mail and placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business morning.

Orders shipped by UPS Ground and placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day.

We no longer ship internationally.

New & Unused Merchandise:
You may return any un-used and un-opened merchandise within 60 days of ordering for a full refund (less shipping).

Compatible Cartridges — If you are not satisfied with any of our compatible (house-brand) cartridges, for any reason, you may return them, opened and/or used, within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement or full refund. (This policy is limited to one (1) complete set of cartridges per customer: one black and one color ink cartridge.)

OEM Cartridges — Name brand cartridges (HP®, Lexmark®, Epson®, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honor its warranty.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please refer to the link for more details.
