What is your return policy?

RETURN GUIDELINES
Please keep in mind the consumable and perishable nature of our products when reviewing our Return Policy:

New & Un-Used Merchandise — You may return any unopened, re-sellable ink cartridge, refill kit, or Jetpak mailer within sixty (60) days of purchase for a refund or a credit towards an exchange.

Compatible Cartridges — If you are not satisfied with any of our compatible (house-brand) cartridges, for any reason, you may return them, opened and/or used, within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement or full refund. (This policy is limited to one (1) complete set of cartridges per customer: one black and one color ink cartridge.)

OEM Cartridges — Name brand cartridges (HP®, Lexmark®, Epson®, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honor its warranty.

Jetpak Mailers — Cartridges remanufactured by Jetpak are warranted by Jetpak. Once redeemed, the warranty provided by Jetpak is in lieu of our satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to the Jetpak insert that was included with your order for details or follow this link.

Shipping Charges — Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event of a mistake by Carrot’s Ink Cartridges.

Exchanges — If you would like to exchange an item, please re-order the new item via our web site and separately return the item you would like to receive credit for (per the return instructions below).

Packing Errors — In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service department immediately (either via email or phone). We will remedy the situation ASAP.

Refunds — You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return.

RETURNING ITEMS TO US

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). This helps us a great deal in keeping track of returns. Getting an RMA# is EASY! Just email us at RMA@carrotink.com and include your order number and the reason code from the list below. We'll reply to your request in just a few "business" hours.

Return Reason Codes:

A1 - Product was defective / damaged when it arrived.
A2 - Product performance / quality is not up to my expectations.
B1 - I ordered the wrong item.
B2 - I replaced my printer and can no longer use the item.
C1 - Item took too long to arrive; I don't want it any more.
D1 - Carrot Ink sent me the wrong item. (Please explain fully.)
E1 - I found better prices elsewhere. (Where?)

Once you have an RMA#, simply wrap the item(s) you are returning securely (opened / used ink cartridges can leak during shipping and make a huge mess — ziplock bags work great) and send the package to us using the cut-out shipping label at the bottom right of this form. Please be sure to include your RMA# in the space provided on the label.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

For speed and simplicity, please place a new order for the items you would like and, separately, return the items you desire credit for. We will treat this return as stated above.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
