When will my order arrive?

If you select FedEx Shipping AND order before 5:00 P.M. Eastern time, your order will ship that same day (Monday through Friday). We use FedEx® Standard Overnight, meaning delivery the next business day AFTER 10:30 A.M., but as late as 5:00 P.M. in outlying areas. If you order after 5:00 P.M. Friday, your order will be processed Monday and delivered Tuesday.

If you select US MAIL and order before 5:00 PM Eastern time, your order will ship the following business morning (Monday - Friday). If you order after 5:00 P.M. Friday, your order will be processed Monday and will enter the postal system Tuesday morning.

We offer Saturday Delivery for an additional charge; please contact our corporate sales department by phone for this special service.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or APO/FPO addresses will ship via US Mail.

Is your web site secure?

YES! Our site features the highest level of encryption security available. Remember, this is only needed when you move to the checkout page, and as such, you will only see your browser's "lock" or "key" icon for this security appear on this page. Unlike our competitors, we do not store your credit card number on our servers - all of this is kept "off-site" at CyberCash.

I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet. How else can I order?

Get with it! Think about how "safe" it is to give your credit card to a waiter who walks off with it for 5 minutes. On-line ordering is safe and secure. Do you know your maximum liability in the case of fraud is only $50? Regardless, we understand, click here to reach us.

What are cookies? How do you use them?

Cookies are a "tag" placed on your computer to let us know if you've seen one of our "pop-up" windows before. We don't use them for any other purpose, and they are set to "expire" the day following your visit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but do so before 5:00 P.M. Easterm time Monday through Friday. After this time, our super-quick shipping operation will have already shipped your order. Keep in mind that we do offer an unconditional satisfaction guaranteed policy.

What about backorders?

Very rarely, we may be out of an item. We note our stock levels on our site, but this is not "real time" status. If we do run out of an item, we will contact you via email and ask how you would like to proceed. We do not charge your credit card until the items ship. You only pay the shipping charge once on your order.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, there is an option to do so on the checkout form.

What if no one will be home to sign for my package?

FedEx Signature Release - In the best interest of our customers, orders shipped FedEx will be sent requiring a signature upon delivery. FedEx will make three attempts of delivery before the package is sent back to Carrot Ink.

USPS Mail Orders: Most of our orders are small enough to fit inside a standard mailbox. For larger orders, the letter carrier’s discretion applies.

UPS and FedEx Orders: In the best interest of our customers orders shipped via UPS and FedEx will be sent requiring a signature upon time of delivery. UPS and FedEx will make three (3) attempts of delivery before the package will be sent back to Carrot Ink. PLEASE NOTE UPS AND FEDEX CANNOT DELIVER TO P. O. ADDRESSES
