How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Turn your printer on and open its front cover.
- Pull out the drum unit assembly.
- To remove the old toner, push down the green lock lever.
- Unpack your new toner cartridge and remove its protective cover.
- Place the new toner into the drum unit, until you hear it lock into place.
- To clean the corona wire, slide the green tab from left to right several times.
- Return the drum unit with the new toner back to the printer.
- Close your printer’s front cover.

I want to buy a few extra toners for my office. How soon will this cartridge expire?
If your office tends to print in high volume, we recommend that you have extra toners on hand. The good news is that our cartridges have a long shelf life--24 to 36 months, to be exact. Just make sure that you keep them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
How soon can I receive my order?
If you place your order before 3PM PST on Mondays to Thursdays, we’ll ship your products on the same day. Depending on which shipping method you choose and where you are located, expect your products between 3 and 8 business days. Order placed over the weekend and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Does the drum unit come with a toner?
Our drum unit and toner are sold separately. We, however, recommend that you purchase in bulk if you rely on your printer a lot.
