How to Replace Cartridge(s)

1. Turn off your printer. Open the printer cover by lifting the handle all the way up.
2. Pull the entire drum unit of the cartridge you’re replacing out of the printer.
3. Place the drum unit on a large piece of cloth or disposable paper.
4. Press the green lock lever on the front of the drum unit to release the cartridge.
5. Clean the corona wire by sliding the green tab on top of the drum unit from side to side.
6. Take your new cartridge out of its packaging, then shake it left and right to distribute the toner evenly inside the cartridge.
7. Take off the cartridge’s protective cover. Put the new cartridge into the drum unit, pushing it in until it snaps into place.
8. Insert the entire drum unit back into the printer.
9. Repeat the process for the other cartridges that you need to replace.
10. Close the cover.
