Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to yield 20,000 printed pages with the compatible Brother DR510?

There are so many factors that affect the drum life such as humidity, temperature, type of paper and toner, and the volume of print job. So, it all depends on these factors whether you’ll get 20,000 printed pages or less.

Why am I still seeing the ‘Toner Empty’ message on the LCD even after installing a new toner cartridge?

The reason why your printer still shows the ‘Toner Empty’ message is that the corona wire on the drum unit is probably dirty. Try cleaning it to resolve the issue.
